CITIZENS OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL ANALYSIS COMMITTEE (COFAC)

The City of Traverse City has established a Citizen's Operational and Financial Analysis Committee (COFAC) to study the City's finances and operations, including the component units of Traverse City Light & Power, Downtown Development Authority, and the Traverse City Housing Commission.  The Committee will study policy options and recommend potential alternatives to confront the revenue concerns, the level, scope and delivery of services provided and the City's role in the region.
